Obituary of Cyril Wayne McLellan

Cyril Wayne McLellan of Lower Coverdale, NB passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.

Born in Moncton, NB, Cyril was the son of the late William and Laura (Donnelly) McLellan.

Cyril is survived by his son, Chip, and his daughter, Kristine. Along with them are their spouses, combined six grandchildren as well as two great-grandchildren.

Cyril also is survived by his two sisters, Sharon & Carol. His third sister Claire, is predeceased.

Besides his parents and sister, Cyril was also predeceased by his dearly loved wife of nearly sixty years, Lorraine. His hope from the scriptures was to see her again, as found at John 5:28 & Rev 21:3,4.

Cyril will be fondly remembered by many for being a hard worker, always with a smile and ready for any challenge. He was also known for his willingness to mentor & assist young people, often including those in need of a 2nd chance. He will be sadly missed by family, long time friends as well as so many within the east coast construction community.

At his request, there will be no public services held.
