Obituary of Gerald Moger

Gerald “Gerry” Moger, 69, of Petit-Cap, NB passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 9, 2025, as he would have wanted, surrounded by family.

Originally from Montreal, QC, Gerry spent most of his life in the Moncton area where he put down roots to start his career and family. Always the biggest personality in the room, he quickly turned customers to lifelong friends. He took pride in his accomplishments (which there were many), but never took himself too seriously. He cared about everyone he met and knew how to make them all feel uniquely special. This carried over to his family where he always put everyone else first. He made sure everyone always had the very best, no questions asked. At family events he was always the host with glasses filled and meals that could feed an army. Nothing made him happier than putting a smile on the faces of friends and family.

Gerry will always be remembered for filling every room with full bellies, bottomless glasses, laughter and a feeling of love that can’t be described. Thank you and we love you.

Gerry is survived by his wife, Royanne; son, Christian (Amanda); Step- daughter, Leeann; three grandchildren, Ellee, Leila and CJ; and brother-in-law Roger (Lexi).

In honouring Gerry’s own wishes, Cremation has taken place at Fergusons Crematorium and a private ceremony will be held at a later date.
