Obituary of Eunice E. Church

Eunice E. Church, of Riverview, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday, February 24, 2007 at the age of 74. Born in Mary's Point, Albert County, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Elsie (Wilbur) Brewster. Eunice was formerly employed with Massey Harris and High Lite Electric. She later worked with her husband Ron as book keeper in the family business Church's Ltd. Jewellers. She was a member of Gunningsville Baptist Church in Riverview. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Fidelity Chapter # 36 Riverview. Eunice enjoyed photography, knitting and restoring antique furniture. She also had a passion for Horse Shows, she loved to attend to watch her daughter and grand daughter compete. Her family was everything, she loved her children and grandchildren, she will be deeply missed by her husband of 52 years, Ron Church; her children Rhonda Smalley (Kevin Shannon) of Lower Jemseg, Darren Church of Riverview and Sherrill Lewis (Reg) of Glenvale; her three adoring grandchildren Erica Smalley, Ryan Lewis and Elyssa Lewis; her brother Darrell Brewster (Audrey) of Riverview; also by several nieces and nephews. Resting at Riverview Funeral Home, Pine Glen Rd. with visitation on Monday, February 26, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Fidelity Chapter # 36 will hold an Eastern Star service at the Riverview Funeral Home on Monday evening, February 26 at 6:45 pm. The funeral service will be held at Riverview Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Blair Holden and Michael Aud officiating. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Donations in Eunice's memory made to Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donors choice would be appreciated.
