Obituary of Andrew O'Connell

Andrew O'Connell, age 82 years of Moncton, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday, August 23, 2008. Born in Campbellton, NB on April 21st, 1926, he was the son of the late Arthur and Mamie (Shannon) O'Connell. Andrew attended Holy Family Church in Moncton on a regular basis and was a committed parishioner. He is survived by his loving wife Jackie (Boudreau) O'Connell; sons Sean O'Connell of Ottawa and Kevin O'Connell of Toronto; precious granddaughter Emma O'Connell; cousin Muriel Harrington; and one niece and one nephew. He was predeceased by his brother Raymond O'Connell. By personal request there will be no visitation at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 52 Falkland Drive, Moncton on Thursday, August 28th, 2008 at 10:00am with Father Phil Mulligan officiating. Donations in memory of Andrew made to the Canadian Cancer Foundation or The Holy Family Building Fund would be appreciated by his family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
