Obituary of Walter F. Prichard

We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of Walter Prichard (Wally), on Friday, December 14th, 2007 (Age 70). Predeceased by his parents, Val & Edith Prichard of Amherst, NS; his wife, Monica; and daughter, Alicia. He is survived by his daughter, Debbie; his sister, Marjorie Thomson, Toronto; his brother, Robert Prichard, Halifax; nieces & nephews; and his good friend, Marie. Walter was a good and caring friend to everyone who knew him. He enjoyed winemaking, small engine repair, & was an “avid” cat lover. Overcoming physical difficulties, and in his words a bit “vertically challenged”, Wally always remained cheerful, even during this past year of health challenges. Please join Debbie, Marjorie, Robert & Marie in a farewell reception at his home, 7 Lotus Ave, Rivergarden Park, Riverview, NB on Monday, December 17th at 6:30pm. Cremation has taken place, a graveside and committal service will be held at Alderwood Cemetery in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Moncton SPCA, would be appreciated by his family.
