Obituary of Margaret "Peggy" E. MacDonald

Peggy MacDonald, age 72, of Caledonia Mountain, NB; passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Friday, February 21, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Francis and Muriel (Tuttle) Geldart. She was a former employee of Blue Cross. Peggy enjoyed to sew and later in life enjoyed the art of Kite Flying with her partner Bernie Houle. Peggy is survived by her two sisters, Joan McGrew of Chagrin Falls, Ohio and Linda Manor of Cleveland Ohio; her partner Bernie Houle of Forest Dale Home, Riverside Albert; as well as nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to Cheryl of Caledonia for all that you did for Peggy. Besides her parents, Peggy was predeceased by Paul Chapman and by her five children, who tragically died in a fire many years ago. At Peggy's request there is no viewing or visitation at the funeral home. A private graveside service will be at the Tuttle Family Lot in Elmwood Cemetery at a later date. It would be appreciated that donations in Peggy's memory made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation "Palliative Care" or to the Oncology Dept.
