Obituary of Muriel Gladys Doucett

Muriel Gladys of Moncton, passed away at La Foyer in St. Antoine, NB on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at the age of 97 years. Born in Moncton on July 8, 1912 she was the daughter of the late Thomas Henry and Annie Laurie (Murray) Carroll. She was a retired teacher having taught in Moncton, Allison and Cape Tormentine, NB. She was a member of the Retired Teachers Association. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Oscar Paul Doucett; daughter Paula Doucett McCuaig; brothers Murray Carroll, Clarence R. Carroll, and Harold W. Carroll; sisters Baina Gibson, Marjorie McGrath, and Shirley Touchie. The graveside service will be held at Our Lady of Calvary Roman Catholic Cemetery in the spring with date and time to be announced. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
