Obituary of Mark L. Reed

Mark L. Reed, 54 , passed away following a sudden illness at The Moncton Hospital, on Saturday, February 18, 2012. Born in Greenville, SC on March 20, 1957; he is the son of Dr. Melvin Reed and the late Betty Jean (Oakes) Reed. Mark is survived by his wife Joan Reed; one daughter Lori Reed of Moncton; one son Samuel Reed of Moncton; his father Dr. Melvin Reed of Greenville, SC, USA; his father-in-law and mother-in-law Neil and Mary Lewis of Moncton; four sisters Marsha Andrejzchick (the late Bruce) of Gaffney, SC; Julie Rudolph (David) of South Africa, Joy McEwen (David) of Moncton and Rhonda Reed of Greenville, SC; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Betty Jean Reed and by his brother-in-law Bruce Andrejzchick. Keeping with Mark's wishes there is no viewing or visitation at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held at the Grace Baptist Church, Lutes Mountain, NB on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 3:00pm with Pastor Jason Cochran officiating. In lieu of flowers donation made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation or the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by his family.
