Obituary of Lena Mary Cooper

Lena Mary (LeBlanc) (Vautour) Cooper, 86 , of Moncton, NB passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Born in Moncton on July 7, 1925 she was the daughter of the late John J and Sarah (Sadie) (O'Brien) LeBlanc. She retired from F. W. Woolworth after 25 years of service. She was a member of The Lions Senior Club, Moncton. In her spare time she enjoyed Bingo, Knitting, Cards, Reading, Taking Bus tours and above all she loved her family. Lena was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be sadly missed by her only daughter Margaret Fairman (Glen) of Moncton; grandchildren Shelley and Kevin Arsenault and Clifford Fairman; great grandson Damien Robinson-Fairman also by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her step mother Maggie LeBlanc Nee Dutcher; husband Larry Cooper in 1990; sister Anita Dupuis in 2001 and brother- in- law Dusty Dupuis. By personal request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Donations in Lena's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation or to the charity of the donor's choice.
