Obituary of Lillianne Marie LeBlanc
Lillianne M.LeBlanc,94, formerly of 500 Elmwood Drive, Moncton, passed away at Villa du Repos Murphy Ave. Moncton on Tuesday, December 25, 2007
Born in Grand Digue, NB; she was the daughter of the late Cajetan and Florine (Gallant) LeBlanc. She was retired from the Nursing Profession as a nursing assistant. She attended Notre Dame de la Paix, Murphy Ave. Moncton. Lillianne was a former Nun with the Little Sisters of Charity, caring for the sick and elderly in Montreal and New York. She left the order to care for her aging parents and she had worked for several nursing homes in the Moncton area.
She is survived by two sisters Margaret LeBlanc of Quebec City and Rachel and her husband Frank Despres of Dieppe; one brother Philippe LeBlanc and his wife Margaret of Halifax; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by an infant sister Lucy and sisters Lina LeBlanc and Florine Glaude and her husband Louis Philippe; also by her brothers and their wives Frank (Thelma), Fred (Edna) and Hector (Irene).
Resting at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, Lutz St. Moncton with visitation on Friday, December 28, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm
Funeral Mass will be held at Notre Dame de la Paix, Murphy Ave. on Saturday December 29, 2007 at 10:30 am with Fr. Alban Thibodeau officiating
Interment will be in the family lot at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Cemetery, Shediac, NB in the spring.
Donations in Lillianne's memory made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
