Obituary of Larry Moore

Larry Moore, 74, of Riverview, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday, December 17, 2005. Born in Calgary, AB. he was the son of the late Kenneth W. and Annabel (Saunders) Moore. He was a retired businessman serving people in Moncton, Saint John, Bathurst and Halifax. He attended Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Riverview. Larry was a former member of the Moncton Golf and Country Club, the Beaver Curling Club and Moncton Elks Lodge #229. He is survived by wife, Mabel 'May' Moore, one daughter, Lori Gallant (Jeff) of Riverview, four sons, Kenneth (Wendy) of Riverview, Shawn of Riverview, Peter (Jennifer) of Windsor, NS and David (Tammy) of Riverview, two sisters, Hazel Steeves (Ronnie) of Havelock and Lois of Ontario and by thirteen grandchildren one great grandchild and nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was also predeceased by his step-mother Bessie. Visitation will be at the Riverview Funeral Home Pine Glen Rd. on Tuesday, December 20, 2005 from 7 to 9 PM. Parish Prayers and sharing of memories will be held at the funeral home Tuesday evening at 8:30 PM. The Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at 11:00 AM with Fr. Jeff Doucette officiating. Interment will be in Alderwood Cemetery, Riverview, NB. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by his family.
