I am sad beyond words to hear of Barb's passing-{-thanks to Marge Stevenson}. I had been thinking of Barb r a lot recently. My greatest sadness is because in recent years it seemed next to impossible to have any communication with her. We were cousins, and Barbara's summer visits to her aunts in Riverport were the highlight for my sister and myself--what fun we had swimming, boating, etc. etc. I always enjoyed Barbara's extensive Christmas letters, ands iI believe still have one in my possession. I am a year older than Barb, but my husband and I both remember Barb and Gil from Halifax days. . Our deepest sympathy to the family. Charlotte (Ritcey) Boates

Peggy and Lori and families- we were so sorry to hear of your mother, Barb, passing.
I used to see her at St.Paul’s at bridge games and we would talk about our days at Edgewater.
What fun we had on our walks and always having tea to end the morning.
Our deepest sympathy at this difficult time. Phyllis & Gordon Hicks.
