Obituary of David William Dobson

David Dobson passed away peacefully in his home on September 19, 2023.

Born in 1963 to Shirley and Ralph Dobson, David spent most of his time in Dover, NB, where he developed a love of the outdoors (fishing, hunting, camping, etc.) that he would carry with him throughout his life, happily sharing this with his three sons. David was known by all as a hard worker who was dedicated to his children and valued time spent with family, no matter the occasion.

David is survived by his sons, Justin, Robbie, and Kevin Dobson, as well as his grandson Russell and his siblings, Michael Dobson [Shelley], Cindy Henshaw, Glenn Dobson, and Angela LeBlanc [Duane], and a special sister-in-law, Ruth (McColl) Dobson. David will also be missed by his nieces, Alissa Henshaw, Emily Dobson, Tia Crann, Kristen LeBlanc, and great-nieces and nephews, Madison Henshaw, Owen Crann, and Xavier Gaudet.

He is Predeceased by his parents, Shirley and Ralph Dobson and his brother Rocky Dobson [Ruth], a special aunt and uncle, George and Shirley Sutherland.

Public visitation will be held on Thursday September 21, 2023 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. Friends and family are welcome and encouraged to come share their fond memories and stories.

A celebration of life will be held at Fergusons Riverview Funeral Centre, 214 Pine Glen Road, Riverview on Friday September 22, 2023 at 2:00PM.
