Obituary of Caroline Mae Gaudet

Caroline "Chick" Gaudet of Gallagher Ridge, NB passed away at the Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, May 1, 2024.

Born in Moncton she was the daughter of the late Emery and Ethel (Gallagher) Lewis. Chick enjoyed making porcelain dolls and attending craft shows to showcase her work. Chick with her family enjoyed many years as owners/operators of the Pine Ridge Campground and Matchetts Store where friends became family and many cherished memories were made. 

Chick is survived by her husband of 52 years,  Mike; daughters, Cindy and her husband Vincent LeBlanc of St. Paul, and Tammy Richard of Gallagher Ridge; grandchildren, Jessica Richard and Celyn and her husband Kevin Leger; great grandchildren, Olivia Roberts, Cole Leger and Micheal Leger; sisters, Sharlyn and her husband Frederick Ward of Birch Ridge, Gail Gaudet of Moncton, Elaine Lewis of Canaan Station; brothers, Richard Price and his wife Karen of Moncton, Blaine Lewis and his wife Cindy of St. Paul; several nieces and nephews. Chick was loved and will be missed by all family and friends.

Besides her parents Chick was predeceased by her brother Garnet Price in 2018.

At her request a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
