Obituary of Clara Richard-Daigle

Clara Richard-Daigle of Moncton, NB passed away at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital on Saturday, June 12, 2021. Born in Moncton (January 14, 1961) she was a daughter of the late Jean and Anita (Doiron) Richard. Clara was our cherished baby sister. She brought out the best in all her family. She accepted people as they were and did not judge their choices. Clara made friends wherever she went and was very respected by her work family. As her husband, Luc, has always said, "Clara was the angel that changed his life". Survived by her husband and best friend of 32 years, Luc Daigle; sisters, Dianne Hanscom (Gary Woodard) of Hillsborough, Ernestine Richard-Caissie of Rogersville, Germaine Richard-Robinson (Ian) of Elmwood, NB, Irene Goguen (Bertrand) of Moncton, Fernande Richard-MacLeod (Ronald) of Little River; brothers, Eugene Richard (Andrea) of Rogersville, Firmin Richard (Rosemary) of Noinville, NB; two feline children, Gibbs and Ashley; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Brothers Riverview Funeral Home 214 Pine Glen Rd., Riverview, NB (506) 857-9544 where visitation will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 7:00pm until -9:00pm. A memorial service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Riverview memorial chapel on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 1:00pm with Rev. Chris VanBuskirk officiating. Due to covid 19 restrictions a maximum of 50 people at any given time for visitation and funeral service is by invitation only. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Clara may be made to any animal rescue organization of the donor's choice would be appreciated. Née à Moncton (14 janvier 1961), elle était la fille de feu Jean et feu Anita (Doiron) Richard. Clara était la petite sœur bien-aimée de la famille. Elle savait toujours faire ressortir les meilleures qualités des membres de sa famille. Elle acceptait les gens et ne jugeait pas leur choix. Elle se faisait des amis partout où elle se trouvait et était respectée par ses collègues. Comme son mari, Luc, disait toujours, « Clara est l’ange qui est venu changer ma vie ». Elle laisse dans le deuil son mari et meilleur ami depuis 32 ans, Luc Daigle; ses sœurs Dianne Hanscom (Gary Woodard) de Hillsborough, Ernestine Richard-Caissie de Rogerville, Germaine Richard-Robinson (Ian) de Elmwood, N.-B., Irène Goguen (Bertrand) de Moncton et Fernande Richard-MacLeod (Ronald) de Little River; ses frères Eugene Richard (Andrea) de Rogersville et Firmin Richard (Rosemary) de Noinville; ses deux chats Gibbs et Ashley; plusieurs nièces, neveux, petites nièces et petits neveux.
