Obituary of Allan J. Meredith

Allan Meredith, of Moncton passed away at the Villa Du Providence in Shediac on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Davies R. and Edith Mary Merideth. Allan was a lifetime member and supporter of St. Bernard's Parish. Allan was a former employee of Eastern Bakeries and he retired from #5 Supply Depot of the Dept of National Defense. He was a member of CUPE 60303 UNDE and he was a union member all his life. Allan was a life member of the Moncton Legion Branch # 6. He enjoyed playing darts and attending stock car races. Allan is survived by a special friend Jackie Doiron; two sons, Ronald and Derek (Nichole) all of Whitby, ON; four grandchildren; two brothers, Robert (Connie) and Michael Merideth all of Moncton; as well as nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother Tom Merideth. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023 from 1:00pm until time of service at 2:00pm at Tuttle Brothers and Riverview Memorial Chapel.
