Obituary of Elva Marie Niles
Elva Marie Niles, of Moncton passed away after a brief illness with family by her side at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at the age of 66 years.
Born in Cap Pele, NB she was the daughter of the late Johnny and Melanie (Leger) Niles. Elva loved playing Keno and Bingo and hanging around with her friend Diane. Above all, spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Elva is survived by her daughters Darlene Niles (Bill) of Bouctouche, Carol Gardner of Moncton, Christina Goguen (Jamie) of Adamsville, sons, James Doiron of Riverview and Terry Costain (Melanie) of Adamsville, 12 grandchildren, Robert, Samantha, Jasmine, Brooklyne, Nicholas, Isabelle, Jean-Yves, Denis, JJ, Allie, Mackayla and the late Elizabeth. 6 great grandchildren, Sophie, Yasmine, Matheo, Alexi, Mia and Arielle.
Funeral Service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Riverview Funeral Home Chapel, 214 Pine Glen Rd. Riverview, on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 2:00pm with Pastor Paul Leger officiating. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic a maximum of 50 people can attend. For those who wish to sign the guest book but not attend the service it will be available to sign at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00pm to 2:30pm.
Interment will be in Grand Barachois Roman Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
Donations in Elva's memory made to the I.W.K. Children's Hospital or to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
