Obituary of Robert William "Bob" Davey

Robert William Davey of Moncton, NB and formerly of Charlottetown, PE passed away at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital on Wednesday, May 06, 2020 at the age of 74. Born in Halifax, NS he was a son of the late Jim and Annie Davey. Bob was a cab driver in Charlottetown for numerous years, he was a member of AA with 25 proud years of sobriety. A true Hockey fan with the Chicago Blackhawks being the team he most enjoyed. Survived by daughters, Ann Pineau (Gary) of Summerside, PE and Pam Walsh (Darrin) of Moncton; sister, Marguerite Marshall (late Ken) of Saint John, NB; brother, Ernie Davey (Theresa) of Charlottetown, PE; his first wife, Patricia Davey; grandchildren, Greg, David, Tiffanie, Jessica and Briana. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Dora Landry; sisters, Marie and Agnes; brothers, Rickie and Dougy. Due to current restrictions a memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will be in the People's Cemetery, Charlottetown, PE. Donations in Bob’s memory made to the Dr. George's L.
