Obituary of Dr. John Albert Fownes

Fownes, Dr. J. A. (John Albert) Albert passed away peacefully on August 1, 2014 at his residence at Monarch Hall in Riverview, NB. Albert was born on January 4th, 1915 in Baddeck, N.S. to Alexander C. (Charles) Fownes and Margaret (Campbell) Fownes. He was predeceased by his wife Mary F. (MacPherson) and his three younger brothers Charles, James and Donald. Albert was a highly respected Physician of Internal Madicine for many years in the Greater Moncton area where he set up his practice. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Many thanks to the staff at Monarch Hall for their wonderful care and support. At his request there will be no public services.
