Obituary of Margaret A. Cormier
Margaret (Babe) A. Cormier, 84, formerly of Weldon St., Moncton, NB; passed away at Dr. Georges Dumont University Hospital, on Saturday, September 21, 2013. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Irene (Thibodeau) Arsenault.
Babe was a seamstress and she was a former employee of the Park House Inn. She enjoyed watching TV from dawn to dusk, however her greatest love was her family.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter Patricia (Terry) Cormier of Moncton; her sons Wayne Cormier of Moncton, George (Linda) Cormier of Moncton, Paul (Joy) Cormier of Calgary; grandchildren Chris Cormier, Lisa Cormier Dupere (Gerald), Jeff Cormier (Melissa), Ulysse Cormier (Melissa Lewis), Mandy Babineau, Joshua (Mae-Lisa Tavone) and Joel Babineau (Cassandra Avery); three great-grandchildren Shanon Cormier, Dawson Babineau and Patrick Cormier; her sister Maureen Vautour of Moncton; also by several neices and nephews.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Ulysse in 1976; infant son Terrance Cormier and a sister Annie Meunier.
The memorial service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel, 171 Lutz Street, Moncton, on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 2:00pm with Father Allison Carroll officiating.
Interment will be in Old Shediac Road Roman Catholic Cemetery, Moncton.
Donations in Babe's memory made to the Diabetic Association would be appreciated by her family.
