Obituary of Clifford Frank Holman

Clifford F. Holman, of Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital in Moncton, NB on Friday, April 2, 2010 at the age of 92 years. Born in Upper Musquodoboit, NS, August 24, 1917, he was the son of the late Albert and Ada (Horton) Holman. Clifford was retired from the Peel School District in Mississauga, ON. He attended St. John's United Church in Moncton, NB. He is survived by wife Leola Holman, two sons Parker Holman (Joyce) of Moncton and David Holman (Debbie) of St. Albert, AB; grandchildren Jill Pham (Charles) and their infant daughter Ashley of Moncton, Wesley Holman (Valerie) and their infant son Hunter of Harrowsmith, ON; and Sandi Flannery (Ryan) of Lancaster Park, AB; as well as several nieces and nephews. Clifford was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Besides his parents her was predeceased by three sisters Mildred, Hazel Ershine and Marjorie Kenny and by four brothers Arnold, Clyde, Earl and Lea Holman. At Clifford's request there is no viewing or visitation at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home. The Graveside and Committal Service will be held at Upper Musquodoboit Cemetery on Monday, April 5, 2010 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Henderson of the United Church in Upper Musquodoboit, NS officiating. Donations in Clifford's memory made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by his family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
