Sue and family we have never met but I grew up with Donald and his brothers when they lived in Point du Chene. We played Intermediate Fastball together in Moncton for a few years and I always enjoyed my time with Donald. I am truly sorry for your loss. Nelson, John, Willie, and Oliver you all have my sympathy for your loss. Although I have been away for a number of years I have great memories of Donald and all the Casey brothers. My thoughts are with you all. Harry Beaton.

I met Don just a few times and did not know him very well, but I can tell how wonderful he must have been just by being friends and having a working relationship with his daughter Karen. I believe children reveal the best parts of their parents by the loving way their parents raised them. I think we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to play a part in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love, wisdom and principles leave an enduring impression in our memories and lives forever. So please know Louise and I have you and your family in our thoughts and hearts during this challenging time, and take comfort in your blessed memories as you mourn.
